Request to Send Countywide Email

This form allows County employees (not members of the public) to request that an email be sent to all County employees. All requests will be reviewed by the County Administrative Office.

This form does not apply to your request.  Please close this browser tab and work with appropriate department staff to disseminate your request

Please remember to include all of the following

• Event Name
• Date
• Time
• Location
• Access Information
• Fees/Cost
• Contact Person

Provide the text of the email you wish to send to all county employees:

• Limit 1200 characters  (approx. 250 words)
• Please review the content closely to ensure it is free of errors 
• This form does not allow you to add links to Web sites in the email body.  If you want links in your email, provide the details in the Additional Instructions field.
