• Greenlawn Mortuary Southwest – 2739 Panama Ln, Bakersfield, CA 93313
• Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary – 9101 Kern Canyon Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306
• Union Cemetery – 730 Potomac Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93307

You may copy and paste the Cemetery name into the Location Name field and the Address into the Location Address field.

When you click continue, you will see a PDF of your request form with the information you provided. Do not save or print this PDF. Review the form and then click Submit and Sign.
