Overview

The County of Kern welcomes submissions of striking digital images that capture the unique qualities of Kern County's natural resources in the following categories:

Landscapes
Recreation
Industry
Landmarks/Monuments

Submitted photos may be utilized by the County for any of the following purposes:

Displayed on any portion of the County’s Web site
Displayed in County buildings
Used in other printed media published by the County

Photos selected for any of the above purposes will include a credit with the photographer’s name. Other than this credit, the use of the photo will be governed by the County’s Website Usage Policy

The County of Kern reserves the right to reject, at their sole and absolute discretion, any submission that does not adhere to the intent, or to the substance of these requirements.
